- I am the morning man at AVR Kentville Nova Scotia, and unlike most people, I enjoy waking up early to have fun with you. I love to fish, golf, and watch TV. My family lives in the Valley as well, and we love every second of it. You can catch me at most Valley events, especially if it involves the Lions!
